There is a metal insert into the bar end that makes a much better connection than the rubber bushings and stays in place longer.2. It's well fitted on my honda vtx 1300. Note! If the handle bars are not open ended and if the hole is too small or too large for the billet to expand, it might be an issue.3. My bike doesn't have hollow bar ends so I had to disassemble the mirrors and slid the clip-on part into the 22mm bar ends, Luckily they work good.4. My suggestion is if clutch lever hits your mirror, try flipping it around make the stem faces you, this should clear the clutch lever.5. They are small but once you get used to you can see behind and then right and left you clearly got to look.6. One thing that I highly recommend doing versus using the bar end adapters is having your factory bar ends grinded off at a machine shop to fit these mirrors. After you have them grinded then you have a factory style very strong mount.
