The usability of the equipment has been tested, and it has been adjusted to therequirements in practice. It does not require a stationary compressed air connection. Klübermatic KD is TÜV and GS certified.ApplicationKlübermatic KD is primarily used for loose kiln riding rings lubricated with WOLFRACOAT C FLUID.Application notesThe built-in air pump is screwed out anti-clockwise to fill the pressure vessel.Caution: Prior to filling, the lubricant container should be well shaken to activate the solid lubricants.When the pressure vessel has been filled with lubricant (5 l max.), the air pump is fitted again and screwed fast to ensure an air-tight seat.For safety during transport, the air pump handle can be locked.Do not screw fast too tight to facilitate release when activating the pump.The pump is used to build up a compressed air cushion. The maximum permissible pressure is 6 bar, which can be checkedon the pressure gauge, red mark. Upon pumping, Klübermatic KD is ready for use.The lubricant jet is activated by brief actuation of the hand valve.The jet nozzle is directed onto the friction point, i.e. the inside of the kiln riding ring.If the pressure inside the pressure vessel exceeds 6 bar, the safety relief valve must open automatically.To relieve the pressure manually – e.g. when the pump is to be dismounted for refilling –– open the dearation valve.RefillingPress red button of the deaeration valve and keep depressed until complete pressure relief; monitor pressure relief on pressure gauge.Dismount air pump.Fill in lubricant, remount pump and screw fast.Actuate air pump again to build up pressure cushion. Information on product safety (Manufacturer, Contact)KLÜBER LUBRICATION MÜNCHEN GMBH & CO.
