The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes.We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.Due to its special composition, Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 offers an unusual combination of performance characteristics. The special thickener provides very good wear protection even at the very soft consistency of NLGI 000. At the same time, Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 offers excellent corrosion protection along with good water resistance. Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is used e.g. as a fluid gear grease for the immersion lubrication of toothed and worm gears or chains that run more smoothly with a soft grease.Application notes:Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is applied by brush, spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge or via central lubrication systems.
