Long-term lubricating grease for high-temperature applications.Klübertemp GR RT 15 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on perfluorinated polyether oils (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It contains a range of specific additives for use in different applications.Klübertemp GR RT 15 contains a highly effective metal corrosion inhibitor and is preferred for metal components and surfaces.Benefits for your application:For use at high operating temperatures up to 250 °CFor applications exposed to aggressive mediaApplication:Klübertemp GR RT 15 is used in numerous sectors of industry and a wide variety of components operating at high temperatures.Behaviour towards elastomers and plastics:Lubricants based on perfluorinated polyether oils and polytetrafluoroethylene are generally regarded as neutral towards most elastomers and plastics (exception: perfluorinated rubber).Nevertheless we recommend testing compatibility with the material to be used, especially prior to series application.Application notes:For optimum lubrication results, we recommend cleaning the friction points with white spirit 180/210 followed by Klüberalfa XZ 3-1. Then blow the surfaces with clean, dry compressed air or hot air to remove solvent residues. For initial lubrication, the friction points must be clean and bright, i.e. free from oil, grease and perspiration.
